Since 2008, Attorney Jonathan Fields has written a noteworthy regular column for Family Mediation Quarterly about recent developments in the field of family law in Massachusetts as it impacts the practice of divorce law and mediation.
Family Mediation Quarterly (FMQ) is a publication of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation (MCFM). Published four times a year, it gives family mediators an opportunity to share information and new developments in the field with MCFM members, probate and family court judges, local dispute resolution coordinators, family service officers, and the general public.
In 2014, Mr. Fields wrapped up a two-year term as president of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation (MCFM) and is honored to continue to be a part of such an esteemed organization. Fields and Dennis LLP is happy to provide this archive of his writing for Family Mediation Quarterly, including family law articles and quarterly case law updates that offer perspective on how courts have handled various family law issues in the past.*
