David practices in the areas of estate planning, charitable planned giving, trust and estate administration, non-profit law, and taxation. In addition, David maintains a significant corporate and real estate practice, which includes representing franchisees, restaurant owners, doctors, dentists, and various other professionals and business owners. David also acts as counsel to numerous non-profit organizations, such as Hebrew SeniorLife, Children’s Hospital Boston, and Shriners Hospital. As part of his estate planning practice, David advises clients on long-term care planning for elders, including nursing home care financing, Medicaid eligibility, and appeals before the Office of Medicaid Hearing Board.
