Traditional
Fields and Dennis, LLP handles the matters affecting its clients in a variety of different ways. In addition to the alternative dispute resolution options of mediation, collaborative law and other methods, we represent our clients in the "traditional" way. What this means is that the client hires our firm to represent his/her interests in a matter that may end up resolving through negotiation or may require a full litigation (i.e. going to trial).
