The Center for Problem Resolution (CPR) is a solution focused organization dedicated to assisting families in crisis. We offer a variety of supportive family oriented services including mediation, parent coordination, coaching, guardian ad litem services and court investigations.

Our staff includes experienced attorneys and licensed human services professionals with wide-ranging experience in family law, elder and mental health law, estate planning and business succession planning. Alternative Dispute Resolution is the generic umbrella term for a group of services including mediation, arbitration, negotiation and conciliation. Our practitioners focus on mediating disputes involving matters related to the family; including divorce, will contests and intergenerational disputes. An emerging area in mediation is preparation for estate planning where the mediator will assist parents in preparing estates in concert with their extended families. This can be particularly useful in family or closely held businesses and can serve to reduce expensive litigation following the death of the principal business owner.
